A clinic website can look perfectly professional and still be invisible to Google, completely absent from AI search results, and built on a platform that actively prevents it from being found. Most doctors never know — because it looks fine from the outside.

Web agencies
Overcharged. Under-delivered.
Generic agencies build beautiful sites that aren't structured for search. They don't know what a CCT is, why FRCS matters on a page, or how Google reads a medical biography. You pay premium prices for a site that doesn't perform.
DIY platforms
Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy — they look fine. Google disagrees.
Page builders like Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy and WordPress with drag-and-drop themes quietly create problems in the background — images named after WhatsApp timestamps, no primary headings, no structured data. The site looks presentable. But to search engines and AI assistants, it barely exists.

Patients increasingly use ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI to find specialists. These tools pull from structured data embedded in websites. Most clinic sites have none — so they don't appear in AI-generated answers at all, regardless of their Google ranking.

Who I am

A doctor who understands
both sides of this

I'm a medical professional with a deep interest in digital strategy — which means I understand how consultants think, how private practice works, and what separates a genuinely useful website from a cosmetically pretty one that doesn't perform.

I'm not a generalist agency. I work with a carefully selected group of leading clinicians — mainly surgeons and consultants in private practice — and go deep on each engagement. That means a level of domain knowledge and clinical understanding that a standard web or SEO agency simply doesn't have.

I'm also selective: I only take on clients where I think I can make a material difference to their digital visibility. If that's not the case, I'll tell you.
